SYNGISTIX ANNOUNCES NEW NAME 25-Year Old Business Refocuses Under New Name and Management
DENVER, June 12, 2001 - Syngistix, Inc., formerly Distribution Resources Company, a recognized leader in the distribution software industry, today unveiled its new name simultaneously at the Supply Chain Expo in Chicago, Illinois and at the eBusiness Conference & Expo in San Jose, California. Syngistix is a 25-year old start-up with extensive distribution industry experience with more than 300 customers and over 1,000 installations. The company provides supply chain management solutions for successful "four walls" distribution businesses, as well as organizations that are breaking new ground in collaborative commerce.
